Forming the technology division of HS Roads (part of the Hill & Smith Infrastructure Products Group), Techspan Systems is a dynamic and progressive company specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of Electronic Variable Message Signs.

The Company’s policy is to develop technologies and products that have the widest and most innovative solutions. Techspan have a diverse range of VMS for highway and urban environments and more recently have been involved in the development of LED Surface Illumination prototypes to be used for Helipad and aircraft landing areas as well as many highway applications.

Techspan engineers are dedicated to continuous improvement and have been at the forefront of this technology for over 20 years and has the skills and capacity to develop solutions for both simple and complex requirements and takes pride in providing a complete service which exceeds customer expectations.
